The Face Workout

 

A traditional style manual face lift using 3 extraordinary massage techniques which combine to give a firmer, more youthful skin. 

 

Stage 1.  Rythmic 'tapotament' (tapping/flicking) movements which simultaneously stimulates the motor points in the muscle tissue and creates great relaxation in both facial muscles and the body as a whole.

 

Stage 2. A specially blended aromatic massage medium allows for gliding dynamic 'petrissage' (rolling/kneading) movements to sculpt and tighten muscles and boost circulation. 

 

Stage 3. The final massage stage induces deep relaxation releasing the tension that can lead to wrinkles.  

 

Finally, a thick, cooling mask is applied to give added contouring effects and deep hydration - this will gently set to be removed in one piece.
